CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURNS
All of our jewellery, (with the exception of Earrings due to
hygiene and Titanium Rings which are all hand made to order)
carries a 7 day, no quibble money back guarantee. (postage costs
are not refunded unless the jewellery is damaged).
All jewellery must be returned in the prestige condition in which they were
despatched.
In the rare instance that product is faulty (this should never happen as all
our products are checked and packaged securely before shipment), we will refund
your money or replace.
We recommend that Royal Mail Special Delivery service is used for adequate
insurance, in the event of loss or non delivery.
Please note that if we deem the jewellery to be misused or damaged, refund
or replacement will not be issued.

Although we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives
on time, occasionally problems do arise! If your parcel is yet
to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can then
track your parcel through the Royal Mail system with whom responsibility
lies for packages in transit.
