POLICY
All of our jewellery, with the exception of Earrings due to
hygiene and TI2 Titanium jewellery, which is all hand made and customer specific, carries a 7 day, no quibble money back guarantee. (postage costs
are not refunded unless the jewellery is damaged).
If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, all goods must be returned in the prestine condition
in which despatched.
In the rare instance that product is faulty (this should
never happen as all our products are checked and packaged
securely
before shipment), we will refund your money or replace. Before
return of any item, please contact us by clicking
here to obtain an authorisation
returns number. Reason for return and return number must
be indicated upon return. All goods
returned are at the senders expense (unless faulty).
We recommend that Royal Mail Special Delivery service is used
for adequate insurance, in the event of loss or non delivery.
Please note that if we deem the jewellery to be misused or damaged,
refund or replacement will not be issued.

track your parcel through the Royal Mail system with whom responsibility
